Clampy Returns: 1,400-Mile Adventure in a Toyota Rockcrawler

Fred Williams’ 1986 Toyota rockcrawler Clampy has been sitting for about five years and it’s time for an adventure. So, on this episode of Dirt Every Day presented by Tire Rack, Williams and Dave Chappelle blow off the cobwebs and head out from California to find every type of off-road terrain. But this beat-up old Toy isn’t exactly street-legal, nor was it built for anything besides rocks, so the stakes are against them to drive it down the highway, find every type of dirt, and not get stuck.

Episode 2

Most of the time Dirt Head Dave Chappelle has to go along with Fred Williams' crazy ideas, but on this episode of Dirt Every Day, Chappelle gets to choose the next project. You better believe it won't be normal.

Then they head out to the desert of Arizona for some rockcrawling to see which XJs lives and which ones die. Tune in to see if your favorite budget-beater Jeep can survive.

Episode 6

Not everyone has a driver's license, but that shouldn't keep you from enjoying the dirt, so on this episode of Dirt Every Day the Dirt Heads show you how to build a budget overlander based on a riding lawn mower, or as they call it, MOWVERLANDER! Then Fred Williams and Dave Chappelle head to Oregon and meet up with the guys from the Gambler 500 and go find adventure on a posse of wacky lawn tractor creations. Can the guys take these lawn mowers where no one has gone before? Tune in to find out!

Episode 7

The Off-Roaderhome is a 1975 Winnebago Brave RV. When Fred Williams and Dave Chappelle first built the Off-Roaderhome, it looked really cool but it didn't run very well. On this episode of Dirt Every Day, the Dirt-Heads swap in a big horsepower engine to see if this massive motorhome can do a burnout like normal car guys do.

Episode 8

Sometimes you inherit a cool car to drive from your parents and sometimes you inherit mom's station wagon. Episode 12

Fred Williams and Dave Chappelle wanted to show you how to build a rockcrawling truck in the driveway, so Chappelle found a low-buck Mazda 4x4 truck for this project. Tune in to this episode of Dirt Every Day to see how their latest build does on the Oregon rocks.

Episode 13

Fred Williams and Dave Chappelle get their hands on a new Jeep Gladiator, the truck built for those looking for outdoor adventure like biking, hiking, boating, and camping. Then the guys head out into the wilderness to bring back an old Jeep truck that is buried in the woods. Is this new truck up for a Dirt Every Day-style adventure? Watch this episode to find out.
